What do the commandments mean, and how can they help us in our lives?

In this lesson, we will get to know the Ten Commandments and also think about how they can help in everyday life. The aim of the lesson is not only to list the commandments, but also to understand that God’s commands are not arbitrary prohibitions, but guidance that protects people, relationships and true freedom.
