A user may register to mozaWeb more than once and thus have multiple user accounts. To avoid confusion, we recommend that each user should have only one registered account.
If you have multiple accounts, you have the option to merge your user accounts. To do that, log in to your account you want to keep then click on your name (1) at the top of the page, then on 'My profile'. (2)
In the Basic information (3) section, find the mozaWeb username part and click on the 'Merge user account' option. (4)
In the form that opens, enter the details (username or email address, and password) of the account that you want to merge (that is, to terminate), then click on the Merge Accounts button.
If the information in the table is correct, click on the Merge accounts button to start the process.
All licences and uploads associated with the terminated user account will be transferred to the user account you decided to keep.
