I receive an error message when I try to activate my licence. What should I do?

There can be several reasons why you get an error message. First of all, you need an active Internet connection to activate your licence. If you do not have an active Internet connection, you cannot activate your licence. If the error message says wrong or invalid code, then the system was unable to process the licence code / activation code you entered. Please check the following:

1. Did you enter the code correctly?

2. Did you enter O-s instead of zeros or vice versa?

3. You do not have to enter hyphens; the system automatically fills them in for you. If the hyphen is not in the correct place while typing, do not worry; it will be in the correct place, so please continue entering the code.

4. Is the code in your printed textbook incorrect? Please take a photo of the code and send it to us, so we can investigate the issue.

It is possible that you are trying to activate a licence that has already been activated by another user. In this case, you will see the following message:

Licence codes in printed textbooks or activation codes purchased online can be activated only once. If someone has already activated the licence, you cannot activate it again. How did you get the licence code?

If the book is not new or you borrowed it from the library, the code was probably activated before, so you cannot activate it again.

Have you purchased the book recently? If you still have the receipt, please send a photo of it, so we can free the licence for you. This way, you will be able to activate it.

If you see a different error message, please follow the instructions in it.
