30 days before your activated licences expire, you will receive an email reminding you that the validity period of your licence is about to end.
You can easily renew your licence following the steps below:
- Click on My licences (1).
- Find the licence you would like to renew. It may help if you click on the It is about to expire (2) filter above.
- Click on the Renewal (3) button in the row of the given licence, select the number of years you would like to extend the validity period of your licence (4), then click on the Add to cart (5) button.
Do not worry if your licence has already expired. Select the Expired filter above, find the licence you would like to renew and click on the Renewal button in the row of the given licence.
In both cases, the selected licence will be added to your cart and you can purchase the licence extension in the webshop.
If the licence was originally purchased in our webshop, you have nothing else to do. After the payment, the validity period of your licence will be automatically extended by the chosen period.
If your licence code is from a printed book, you will receive a new licence code, which you can find under My purchases. You can view the licence code by clicking on the details of the corresponding purchase. To activate it, click on the button Assign to my account or select myLearn => Activate new code.
