A user with School Admin rights can manage the teacher and student accounts of the school, the user groups, and the licences purchased by the school. Moreover, users with this type of right can see statistics regarding the users' activities on mozaWeb and in mozaBook.
These rights can be obtained by activating a School Admin GOLD or School Admin SILVER licence purchased in our web shop. By purchasing and activating the licence, the user accepts that they assume every legal and ethical responsibility regarding managing the users' data in possession of the school.
It is important to note that users with School Admin rights can only manage user data (teachers, students) and the licences of the institution in compliance with the relevant data protection rules and the authorisation of the school's head teacher.
For safety reasons, when activating a School Admin licence, every user of the institution (teacher, student) will receive an email notification, informing them that the person who has activated the licence will manage their data as a user with School Admin rights. The email notification includes the name, the mozaWeb username and the registered email address of the person who activates the licence.
If users have concerns regarding the School Admin rights, they can file a report within 72 hours by clicking on the link in the email.
If no objections are raised, the owner of the licence will have access to the user data within 72 hours after the activation of the licence.
72 hours after the activation of the licence, the user with School Admin rights will see a new menu item (1). By clicking on it, the user can open the school's System Control - Statistics (2) interface.
Here –by selecting the option needed– the user can access the following interfaces:
- User activity (3) – School Admin GOLD licence required
- Content opened (4) – School Admin GOLD licence required
- User logins (5)

- Institution's groups (7)
